Terms & Conditions for Better Dating

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Trill Matching mobile application ("App") provided by Trill Matching, Inc ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in order to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Regarding all user-generated content, you hereby agree not to deliver/post any objectionable materials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

• Post or message any material that would be found objectionable to the recieving user(s)

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any servers or networks connected to the App.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials from the App without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. User hereby agrees that neither the Trill Matching Inc, nor any employee or officer of Trill Matching Inc have any responsibility or liability for the behavior, actions or intentions at any time.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may require payment, including premium features, subscriptions, and other paid services offered by Trill Matching. Prices and available features may change from time to time.

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, payment will be charged through the applicable app store account associated with your device. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

You understand and agree that all purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable app store provider. Except where required by applicable law or the applicable app store policies, payments are non-refundable.

Trill Matching does not guarantee that paid features, matches, interactions, or outcomes will result in a specific dating experience or relationship.

Termination and Account Suspension

Trill Matching reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, provide false information, misuse the App, or create risk or harm to other users or the Company.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the available account settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the App and any associated features will immediately end. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and governing law, will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
