Delete Your TRILL Account

You can delete your TRILL account and its data at any time using either option below.

Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
1. Open the TRILL app and log in.
2. Go to Profile Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: Request deletion by email
Send an email to support@trillmatching.com from the email address or with the phone number linked to your account, with the subject "Delete My Account". We will delete your account within 24–48 hours and send you a confirmation.

 

What gets deleted
- Your profile, photos, and personal details
- Your matches, likes, and messages
- Your verification status
- Your preferences and settings

Face data: TRILL does not store your verification selfie or any face data, so no face data remains after verification. Deleting your account also deletes your verification status.

What we may keep
Some limited information may be kept for a short period where required by law or for safety reasons, such as billing records, records of reported abuse, or data needed to prevent banned users from rejoining. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel it first:
- iPhone: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > TRILL > Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > TRILL > Cancel
